Twenty-one days through the whole Bible
The Bible can look large, and it is. But its story is one story, from the garden to the new city. This plan gives that story to a person who has not read the Bible before — or to a household that wants to begin again together. One short passage per day. Twenty-one days. Read aloud, if you can.
The order is not strictly chronological; it is narrative — the way a household might tell the story to a friend: creation, promise, king, suffering servant, Christ, cross, resurrection, church, love, and the world made new.

What to do on day twenty-two
On day twenty-two, do not stop. Pick a Gospel — John is a good one — and read a chapter a day until it ends. Then Acts. Then a psalm every morning for the rest of your life.
