All one hundred and fifty psalms in a month
The Psalter is the Christian household's first prayer book. Five psalms a day — ten to fifteen minutes at breakfast, or the same at bedtime — carries the household through the whole book in a month. Then, when the month is over, begin again. Christians have prayed the Psalter through and through for two thousand years, and it is never used up.
